My wife Crystal and I sold our home and purchased a new one with Sara Lewis & Team. I wanted to take a minute and share what an unbelievable success the whole process has been. I know it’s a crazy seller’s market, and Sara was able to market and sell our 1290 sq ft 3/2 house in Metzger in a matter of days for full asking price with minimal contingencies (at $232 sq ft). Where Sara earned her money though was in the purchase or our new home. Sara absolutely understood what we were after (size, beds/baths), our priorities (schools, location), and our budget.
